hi, we are having problem with bitgo api rate callback not working , the api was working perfect on our website, but since 2 days there is a problem. there is a code line in one of project file : <?php if($rate && $rate > 0) { ?> this mean if rate response from bitgo api is zero , we show a message to user: contact support for manual payment submissions. we need help about this

the php line you put means if rate response from bitgo api is higher than zero, to make it equal add == instead of > If you need any help feel free to text me back
