I am PHP developer I have already worked in similar task with PHP and Amazon Product Advertising API (AWS API). We can retrieve available ASINs for EAN using AWS Item Lookup API (Amazon AWS is free for register)

Hello, I can write a script in Perl to get this done. Then compile it into an exe which takes a text/csv file as input with EAN and outputs a csv file which will have list of ASINs for corresponding EANs. I have done similar applications in the past.
