Word 2003 XML Printing Object

Develop a VB.net object that will **print a WORD 2003 document** created in **WordprocessingML XML** format **without using Microsoft WORD**. The printing needs to be high performance (at least 10 pages per second on a 2GHz P4). The object will provide a method that will print each individual page of a document, given the XML for that page, with all the XML for the page enclosed in a single tag. This project is highly technical and quite difficult, requiring a thorough understanding of XML, WordprocessingML and the .net XML library. Strict coding and testing standards will be provided and must be adhered to. A testing suite will be provided by the buyer. The development will only be considered completed when all tests in the suite have been completed successfully. This is our first attempt at outsourcing of programming. If succesful, we expect to develop a long-term relationship and request additional programming from the winning developers. Please see the attached funtional specification for more information on the programming required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server, using .NET v1.1.
