Replace Header and Meta Tags on HTML Pages

Need to integrate existing pages of a tool store into a new template design. The template header and footer already exist or will be built outside of this project, so very little if any graphic work needs to be done on this project. The tool store pages are currently running at [[login to view URL]][1] The pages basically need a very large extended find and replace that can be done with a program. The coder will need to come up with a way to do this. There are several pages in the store, but each page is basically the same with a standard header and footer that needs to be changed. the domain we will be putting the pages under is [[login to view URL]][2], it is currently being moved to a new hosting address and may not be able to be viewed at this time. Coder will also need to create meta tags for each page based on the text information located in the content portions of the html. affiliate tracking mechanisms must be inserted on each page this code has already been created, it just needs to be inserted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. The template already exists. The tool store pages already exist. The pages just need to be integrated into the header and footer template that we will supply. Need designer to write a program or some system to pull pages in. We need to get our template on the store pages (which are all in a directory that we can get ftp access to) I mean by our template another header and footer that replaces the one currently on the website running at [login to view URL] Then I need to be able to put in custom meta tags on each page that are original to me, not copies of their meta tags. Run the test case from the zip file, and see how many WHOIS results are parsed incorrectly with the current "[login to view URL]". Every one of those special cases for each registrar needs to be fixed. Bear in mind that you don't get paid until it works for ALL of the test cases. We need a reliable system.
