Need a pligg site designed with the latest version of Pligg and the following: 1] Clean Web 2.0 Pligg design including logo based on recommendations and template creation for Pligg site. 2] Weighted karma system and power rating (modules already exist) 3] Commenting by non-registered users with CAPTCHA and Akismet spam control (Akismet module already exists) 4] AJAX controlled header bar as in [login to view URL] with admin control - image upload, time header bar appears and disappears, etc. 5] Video submission from popular video sharing sites including thumbnails (modules exist for this). 6] Audio upload and play (modules exist) 7] Featured entry under header + ads after 5 entries + sidebar box with tabbed top videos/images/audio 8] Admin controlled header bar like in [login to view URL] 9) Need completed max in 2-3 weeks. 10. Must show previous pligg work or related work ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
