I am searching for a development team proficient in AJAX applications, Flash (& flash video), CSS, XHTML, MS-SQL, Javascipt, top quality graphic design & flash design. This is a high end real-estate website. The requirements for this project: 1.)CSS/XHTML light code, standards-based, cross-browser compatible layout (no tables) 2.) data stored in DB (probably MS-SQL) 3.) rich user interface for both frontend (site users) and backend (admin) - likely AJAX-based CMS - where you can upload photos, drag & drop page elements, etc. "Web 2.0" style. 4.) same XML files serving up content to both Flash and non-flash pages (around 30-40 pages) 5.) SEO friendly structure. ... and for the company 6.) defined & oragnized system of development 7.) fast communication the flash work quality should be similar to some of the template monster work, but much lighter in size - actionscripted elements for efficiency. Can you please give me a very rough price range for the above project, some samples of your work, and an overview of your company
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Components can be built on top of available open-source code. We currently use IIS/asp/ms-sql. Might be open to switching to php/mysql
