Flash/.Net interface for online ArtWork

We need a flash or .NET interface following a specific design (attached to this please view screenshots first) where people will be able to design their own branding on pens (within limitations) and email confirmation and SVG file to us in [login to view URL] are looking for something similar to [login to view URL] ? 1) interface works in the following order:? -Customer chooses a type of pen from a drop down list(A)? -Customer chooses in a list of pictures the colour of the product(B)? -Customer edits each line of text available on the preview, is allowed to add and remove lines of text, is allowed to change position of text. Each line is edited individually (not 1 block of text).Editing includes: font (short list), size, colour, alignment, style (Bold, Italic)? -Customer types their own email address(C)? -Customer types the email address of the reseller who sent them to the site(D)-Customer chooses quantities? -The price is displayed? When the order is placed, an email of confirmation (product name, quantity and price)n goes to customer(C) (with image of design attached), the same email goes to the reseller(D), an email is sent to us with all details and the design sent as a SVG file compatible with Adobe Illustrator for us to get the outline of the design.? 2)Back end:? -the list of product names is a xml file or similar database, easily updated with new info? -the list of pictures per product range is a xml file or similar? database, easely updated with new info? -the price list is a xml file or similar? database, easely updated with new info? 3)ResourcesWe will give you:? -list of fonts for the design window? -list of colours for the design window? - list of product names? -all pictures needed for list and design window ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. This means we will need all flash files, resources, library items and all xml data files for us to update info 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
