I am looking for a talented web developer with excellent knowledge and experience of Wordpress.
I have already had my website developed with a theme installed, customised and my content loaded to it. However, the Wordpress CMS was never set up correctly. Much of the site was hard coded meaning I do not have control of the site and am not able to update it as I desire.
First and foremost, I am looking for someone to migrate the hard coded site into Wordpress using best practice methods. It must be tidy and efficient so anyone can log into Wordpress and alter or change the website as required. Currently, the site takes several hours inspection to locate elements we wish to change.
I have future ambitions for my site such as
Mobile optimisation
Installing new themes
Creating a separate blog the site can link to
Developing some AJAX animations into my theme
Set up Google Analytics
Uploading source code to Github
Setting up new web domains
In the first instance, the test is to tidy up the current site but their will be further work if you can complete the task well.
I anticipate this being approximately 5 hours work initially but there will be more as mentioned.
