Taxonomy Terms per Sidebar

Simple Objective: To be able to control sidebar widgets per taxonomy term. I have multiple custom taxonomies defined. I need to be able to define widgets per Taxonomy term on my template. As simple as it sounds, I have gone through almost every related plugin online and none of them meet my objectives. This is just one of my tasks. I will explain in detail if you get my attention. I am an Engineer by profession and also a developer as a freelancing hobby. I have now had the experience of wasting time with 3 different freelancers from this site. Maybe I'm just communicating with the wrong people. However I do believe there are some bright individuals on here who's interests also lie in my area of interests. I am trying to build a long term professional relationship with a developer as I will have projects down the line. Not that much of a good experience from the site yet.
