PSD Photoshop to Wordpress WP

We need a wordpress theme (valid for WP 3.0) coded from the layered photoshop PSD file that we will provide. It will be about 5-6 different page layouts (photogallery, static homepage, 404, etc) and i'd like it to have an admin panel to set it up. However a theme from which the PSD is based will be provided to be modified. Should be able to add dynamic ajax script (jquery mostly) like slidshows, lightboxes, etc. and also install some plugins. You should be able to be online on MSN or SKYPE for central europe time business hours. You should be responsive to email messages. Work timeframe should be about 48 hours.
