Personal Coaching Website Design & Development

I'm looking for a Fixed-Fee (not-to-exceed the agreed upon amount, regardless of how long, how many changes, etc.) proposal from a web designer to build a new website for a personal coaching client. The site must follow a predetermined "Information Architecture" which will be given to you (similar to the file folder and file naming convention described in a detailed document which will also be sent to you), and every page must follow SEO compliance guidelines which will also be given to you. You must assume that there will be multiple levels of navigation just like www.susansweeney.com. The bottom line is that I like [login to view URL] layout and navigation the best, and it is closest to the content we will be using (making it the simplest to just modify what is already on this website)…so if you can identify the library of images and then change the images from Susan to our client, do a global change of all the pages from “Susan Sweeney” to “Client Name” and then change the color palette from orange/green to blue/light blue…that would be an easy solution. All of the social network links for the icons we will provide once the project is awarded. The graphics in your proposal would need to include redoing the book covers, the DVD covers and the various Marketing materials so they are done for our client book titles and our client DVD titles.
