Toner usage calculator for cost per page

We want to provide our toner cartridge customers with an easy-to-use 'Cost-Per-Page Calculator'. Nothing as fancy as www.printaudit.com. User would choose a network printer, digital copier or fax machine by location or by make-and-model to see: 1.) number of pages printed on that unit within any time frame; 2.) the corresponding cartridge model for that machine; 3.) the ability to enter the cost of any cartridge purchased for each unit and the date and vendor of each purchase; 4.) the ability to calculate the cost per printed page based on the cartridge price and number of prints; 5.) the ability to calculate the 'Total Cost of Cartridges' for each machine over a specific time; 6.) the ability to print a report of these calculations; 7.) a CLICK TO ORDER link would take them to our web site's order page for that cartridge. We will provide all printer models and corresponding OEM cartridge ID numbers to you; 8.) there should also be 3 or 4 links to the websites of manufacturers or equipment review sites (these could be programmable by the end user or by us); 9.) if possible, they could also enter their equipment lease payments (monthly or quarterly) and service fees or service contract costs (usually sold in blocks of 10,000 prints for a flat fee), so they could calculate 'Total Cost Per Page'. Our goal is to help small businesses calculate how much they are spending on printing and copying and for us to sell them lower priced toner. We give them an e-book about how to buy office equipment - maybe this can be packaged with the calculator via a reciprocal link between the two. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
