1. I have a list of 6,000 email addresses, saved in csv format 2. The list of emails are saved and will be stored on a mysql db What I need 1. A script that will send out 1000 emails per day every 12hrs (11am-6pm) pst time 2. I give you the (username / password) for 10 email accounts (pop3 server) my own vps server 3. Your script will login to the email accounts and each of the 10 pop3 accounts will send 100 emails every day from that db table in mysql via cronjob 4. There will be an admin panel that will enable me to give enter the message (text box like twitter 140 characters) and simply click save, then that's the message the user will see when the email is sent 5. Because there is roughly 6,000 emails, and were sending 1,000 per day this script will run and then recycle (so each user should get a text every 6 days) The server is a vps, and will run either cpanel or directadmin. So setup should be easy.

Hi, Thank you for the opportunity to bid on this project. We are a team of Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP engineers and application developers. This project is pretty straightforward. The script will save your custom message and the last e-mail position (ie. the position where the script has stopped in the list of e-mail addresses) in either a MySQL table or a text file. The message text box in the admin panel will count the number of characters you have entered and can also limit your input based on number of characters if you so wish. In addition to running the script once every 12 hours, the script can also alternatively be triggered to run more often during the specified time frame and to send a smaller portion of the e-mails each time so as to distribute the load on your mail server. I also assume that due to security reasons, the script is required to authenticate via POP3 before attempting to send any outgoing e-mails - please correct me if I am mistaken.
