Need Testimonial formatted so it looks pretty.

Hello, I have a BIG list of testimonials. Some also have pictures. I need someone that can take the testimonials, which are written in text, and add the picture, and make it look really neat. Here is an example testimonial: "Hi Dicken Weatherby here. I am the webmaster for [login to view URL], a site dedicated to all things to do with straw bale building. I have seen our site rise from #65 on google to around #14 for the key word straw bale since using SEO Elite. Brad's software and his weekly newsletter are an invaluable tool for my SEO. Thanks, Dicken Weatherby" Along with this testimonial was the picture which I have attached. I would like you to please show me a sample of what you could do to make this look really neat when placed on a webpage. That might include placing this on a good looking background or something... etc. I like the way this website looks: <[login to view URL]> With the leather thing located on the left... Maybe you could give it some kind of textbook design or something. I will select the designer that can show me the best example of this testimonial.
