Need a piece of clipart

Hello bidders, I am in need of a piece of clipart that depicts a house with a "For Sale" sign in the yard, with grass grown up around the sign and house (showing as neglected). I am attaching a copy of my crude drawing of the image I have in mind. I have seen this image before... I just can't remember where. Perhaps someone has it, or something similar in their clipart collection? Please!!! I do not want, and will not, hire anyone to draw this image, so please do not bid with that purpose in mind. The image must be at minimum (5 inches wide, by 7 inches tall), and of good, clean, crisp quality. JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, PNG, and all other usual image formats accepted.
