I need help with server tasks and online training support.. .

My problem. I have a windows dedicated server plus firewall and I don't know what I am doing ... This project entails support and training .. I am after an individual I can trust with the update and management of my single server. I am talking about the general service a hosting company would provide for me.. The reason I don't want to use them is because I would like to understand what you do when you perform a task so this way I can learn more. I would like you to do tasks such as set up the email server download software to the server when necessary back up the information set up the ftp server correctly update the server with patches and and security information set up the cisco firewall set up other applications when needed Essentially I need IT support from an individual on an ongoing basis where they can help me understand what they have done to achieve the task and I can leave them to do the background computer management while I concentrate on promoting my business .. It is very important that I can reach you whenever I need to we would communicate through messenger or yahoo. I would also like a contact telephone number where we could speak via the telephone ... If you are prepared to spend some time in training me in all I need to know then we can work out another price. Initially you will have work to do setting things up .. explaining what you have done .. Once that is done you will simple maintain it now and again to make sure everything is running as it should .. At times there will be problems that you will need to sort out but generally this will be an easy job for the undertaking... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 2003 ... cisco firewall . plesk 7.5 for windows is installed so some knowledge of this application would be good but not essential.
