Need Gfx artist for game UI + logo

I am looking for a very talented gfx artist to design a UI for an online multiplayer card game. The theme of the game is auto racing. Along with the UI a logo and some background gfx for the cards will be needed. The UI consists of 7 - 8 screens that can be very similar in appearance. The full guideline and pictures of the current UI are available to those that are interested in this job. I will need to see each artists portfolio of previous works. All artwork will be subject to my preference and must be original work. Unlike a programming assignment work will be paid only if it is to my liking. Otherwise the artwork will be returned to the artist and I will not use the artwork. The program also uses a handful of simple animations and a basic knowledge of programming is recommended but not required. Design can be done in any of the current popular graphics studios. There are 8 backgrounds, one for each type of card that need to be redone. Nothing really to complex just a nice texture background. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
