Content management system wanted

Hello, I'm looking to have a webbased content management system developed. The system should include the features listed below: 1) the ability choose from a number of css templates (I will provide the templates) 2) Add page/Edit page/Delete page Add/Edit page features: page name title keywords description headline body text 3) Ability to select whether any given page should appear on the navigation bar and what the nav bar button should say. 4) when changes are made to a given page or a new page is created the user can click publish/submit and the page will be created and uploaded with the global settings (nav bar, logo etc) Other features: 1) it should create search engine friendly urls : [login to view URL] 2) insert logo 3) rearrange order of buttons on navigation bar 4) Separate logins and user types NOT required. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work with all major browsers
