Website for tool application

Welcome ! I need website for tool application. Application is done. It will be shareware. Website need description of application with screenshots. Description of installation with screenshots in download section too. Only html with css and php are allowed(if really is needed small parts of JavaScript). No flash. I have my www server(php, mysql) with domain name already working. I will send to winner application to make screenshots on english windows version. Website should to be easy to change to different language. How should it works: top is fixed with nice graphics, then below:fixed menu at left, contents from menu links should be loaded to right part. Payments (in well commented php) should be similar to payments from [login to view URL] Payments I need are: buyers pay credit cards, pay pal - payments are send only to my paypal account I need to have registered tries payments, and payments(who, what etc.) in mysql database. I need backend to view these operations in member area. Only admin, no user.
