WEBSITE FOR RAFFLE/COMPETITION

I cannot sell my house so I intend to give it away as a competition/raffle to a lucky winner. I want a reasonable price to develop a website that is basically very similar to this one milehighraffle (dot) com/[login to view URL] I would need a back end administration panel. The back end must be very user friendly and easy to use. The website must also have a very nice design with a great user experience. Perhaps, if you start on the design of the website first, I can approve it, then we proceed from there? I need you to include in your bid the price of building the website, creating the facebook pages, twitter pages and possibly a youtube video page. If possible even a small youtube video of maybe 30 seconds that I can use to promote the property and the website. Naturally, my website won't be exactly the same as the link above. I will need customisation and modification of some pages so please take this into consideration when bidding. But overall, it will be quite similar. I do not want to get half way through the project and then having to pay a lot more money to finish it. YOUR BID MUST BE YOUR FINAL PRICE/QUOTE FOR DOING THE JOB. I will pay a deposit for the work. To begin with say 15%. We can approve the design, then proceed to the next step and pay another instalment accordingly. I may also need technical support if anything goes wrong whilst I go through the process of giving this property away. I would also like you to include in the price the hosting. I would like a fast server that can handle a lot of traffic and remain stable and secure. The website itself must also be able to handle a lot of traffic. I will also want to accept credit card payments and similar so the website must be setup for this too. I do not know what I need to do for this so I will need your advise. After you build this website, I would retain full rights to the whole entire script/website and it is agreed between us that you will not use the source code or any element of the website for re-sale or to distribute it freely in any other way. It is also agreed that you will not setup a similar project in competition with me. It is also agreed that all communication between us is confidential in nature. I also want you to do the necessary SEO and list the website in all search engines etc. I'd also like Google Ads account creating and a Facebook Ads account in which to promote this venture legally that falls within the correct terms of use of the site it is being promote on. All the testing of the website must be undertaken by yourselves. I will check the whole site when it is finished and suggest any modifications. bug fixes if I find any that you miss. The website must also work on all browsers. It is also preferred that the website also works on devices such as Ipad's, Iphones and other mobile devices. I think that covers most of the basic details. I do not want stupid excessively expensive prices to do this. It is not a huge job. I want a realistic price for a good job. This website is one that I made myself just as an experiment. I suck at website design and implementation.
