Webdevelopment - Video heavy content site

We are looking to build a site like [login to view URL] Background/big picture considerations this first site will be used as part of our 1st experiment (lean startup approach) that means we anticipate future tweaks, changes etc - many of them once we are happy with the user response, and have completed the tweaking (long enough to stand still) we will have the site mirrored in arabic.
