Update Wordpress / Buddypress site

We need a PHP / Wordpress Developer with experience in Buddypress for a social network project created with the Buddypress plugin and other plugins developed by WPMU (Directory, Events +, Membership Premium). (No CSS output needed, simple HTML is enough). Our technical director will provide all the necessary support. CHANGES TO THE BUDYPRESS SOCIAL NETWORK Site users can have two profiles, one as a normal user and one as a company. “Company user” is like a normal user but with greater functionality. Register / Login must be unique. “Companies” and “users” are all Buddypress users. They need to be distinguished. Only “company users” can publish their business in the directory and can post events. In the “Company users” profile the company data will be visible and can be updated at any time, as well as the posted events information. All “company users” can post events and will be able to highlight them if they subscribe to the PREMIUM program. "Normal" user (not a company) will have a section in his profile where the events that might be of interest according to the data provided when creating their profile (province and categories of events) will be displayed. The user who decides to attend the event can choose if other people out of his contact list can see whether he/she will attend the event or not (this will be defined in the user profile). The event post will show how many people will attend it and how many friends. It is necessary to highlight visually the friendship requests and mentions. WPMU Plugins are prepared to use PAYPAL as payment system. In our case, the payment will be made according to the "Membership" subscription. SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM Using the WPMU PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP plugin, we need to develop the pages that allow “company users” to access the PREMIUM subscription. The payment should be made with PAYPAL (PAYPAL user and credit cards). CHANGES TO THE DIRECTORY Using the WPMU DIRECTORY plugin, we need to create a homepage showing the provinces and companies’ categories. It will be of the greatest importance the graphical representation by using a Spanish (SPAIN) MAP of provinces with links to the category of the province. Since we have already loaded companies in the directory, we must give the user the possibility to claim any company as of his own, and allow the user to register in the company platform and give the company a BASIC subscription (Free). It should be possible to access to the published events from the company profile (“company user profile). We need to develop a code to feature a company (for the PREMIUM users). In the companies category’s page, companies should be classified by: featured, date of registration and also alphabetically. CHANGES TO THE EVENTS or AGENDA The agenda’s home page allows the user to filter events by name, province and should be able to do it by category or categories of events. The plugin shows the events in a calendar, and each event in the date they will take place. You can navigate from one month to the next or previous one with arrows. We need to offer in that home page another display mode ("Poster" mode), that means to recover the event data (name, image, date, category) showing “x” results. Please send us your technical solution, which should be the least invasive for the plugins (so that they can be updated when a new version to fix bugs appears) and some examples of your previous developments with Buddypress.
