simple website development (design already done)

Looking to get a simple website created in either wordpress or joomla , all the design is done ,just need someone to put it together . to give you an idea of what I'm looking for. This website in addition to supplying helpful information to travelers will act as a conduit to [login to view URL] and their associates program which is how I initialy hope to derive some income from this site Checklist for Travel website. This is the complete summary of our needs It is open to your recollections 1- The success of this website will depend on its visual appeal to sell it to travel agents, functionality, and ease of navigation specifically for the computer illiterate. 2- I will provide artwork, content, and basic overall look of the website subject to possible changes suggested by you for technical, creative, or aesthetic reasons. 3- we’re considering 4 to 5 main pages. 4- The “Checklist for Travel is provided…” line below the menu bar will be designed so that the name, logo, etc. will be easy to change from one travel agency to the next and will appear on every page. 5- The “Traveler’s Checklist” will be an interactive series of lists with a corresponding “need / don’t need” line of boxes to check. At the end of each list will be a “get” button, which will open a separate Amazon aStore window with a list of all the checked “needed” items while keeping the "Checklist" site open. 6- The “DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL INFORMATION” and the “SERVICES & RESOURCES” pages will contain active links to the specific websites featured. let me know your cost and time involved
