Simple Shipment Website

Looking for a simple shipment control system (Clean simple look for internal company viewing only) For 3 users, Admin and two other users with data entry restrictions. A. Admin updates system when stock is ordered. B. User 1 confirms goods are shipped to company warehouse. C. User 2 Confirms receipt of goods. Very simple system which will also print a few reports from database. When changes are made users can email from server data to other users. Basic example shown in attached PDF showing editable colours for each user. I would not expect to pay more than $100 for this work. No data entry Inventory 1. We must be able to create new main categories that are displayed on index page; we must be able to change order of how categories are displayed. 2. We must be able to add multiple sub categories to each main category and choose order of display. 3. We must be able to add new products to sub categories and choose what order they are displayed in the sub categories. 4. Product information will include Code, Description, qty on hand, Price AUD, Price VATU (price vatu will be automatically calculated in the database as it is a % of Price AUD, an exchange rate number is to be displayed on the index page for updating) 5. We must be able to Delete, edit Products, etc 6. We will have a maximum of 5 users needing passwords to log into system 7. We will need to be able to print a stock take sheet of any categories or range of products we select within categories. Stoke take sheet must be designed to be able to manually write changes to stock levels for updating the database. This sheet must also show total value of stock selected. Stock Ordering 1. User must be able to add items to an order and to save an order in progress. An order in progress must also be able to be printed and emailed to me and the user. 2. A completed Order can be printed and also be emailed to me and. No credit card processing required! No Gateway! No Data entry! Just an ordering system, must be quick and simple!
