Porfolio/Resume Easy Site Template Design Needed

Navigation Links: HOME ABOUT JOURNALISM NEW MEDIA RESUME CONTACT Design Ideas: I want something that's clean, modern, easy to read, and easily editable. Inspiration for Design: [login to view URL] - Look especially at the modules in the right column, the "GET INVOLVED" box is what I envision for some sort of Navigation bar or with my various contact methods which I want on every page. I also like the header on here, not exactly my colors, but I like the simplicity and readibility of it. [login to view URL] - Look especially at the header and top navigation on this site. It has a very organic and tech-saavy feel to it, this I really like. If you were to make a top nav bar similar to this, I too would want one button that really stand out and it would be "CONTACT" - [login to view URL] - Look especially at the logo and photo treatments on this blog. I feel the need to have some sort of universal symbol on my site, think new-media, journalism, television, online, computers, that sort of thing inspired. Let let me know what you might charge to build a template using Flash and html elements that I can take into Dreamweaver and create a site with. Also please let me know about how long such a project would take. As for color scheme, I'm looking for some tech/gun-metal grey/ and some 990000 - that red shade you find on [login to view URL] and possibly a bright green color as well? I'm not real sure but any of those would be my preference. Thanks!
