phpBB2 Expert Needed

We have a phpBB2 site with custom additions; user blogs and personal photo albums, main photo albums, 2 calenders, custom profile additions and custom back end admin for manager and employees (volunteers) seperate from the regular admin section. This is up, most is working except for the custom back end, but we're having security issues and some bugs. We need the following done: - Custom back end (partially done) - Calendar bugs fixed - The new user form is holding some user info and making it public when new people go to join every time someone changes their e-mail address within their profiles - We are getting hammered with outside attempts to overwhelm our site and server. I have a good idea who it is, I want to prove it for a lawsuit. - Passwords keep expiring and locking people out every 60 days or so, 30 days for some - Would like to be able to see IP addresses with new user sign up notification e-mails to admin - Page tiles are all the same, would like to use forum topic names instead (set that in the admin, but it still doesn't work) - More freedom with blog templates - Needs to be upgraded, if we can without losing the mods Info on the software we are using: Powered by phpBB2 Plus, phpBB Styles and Kostenloses Forum based on phpBB © 2001/6 phpBB Group :: FI Theme :: Mods and Credits Upon applying for this project and sending me at least 3 phpBB sites that you've worked on then I will PM you the site name and list of mods used. Only phpBB experts please - we've had 3 programmers try and lost money and a years time working on this. This is a children's charity site and it needs to be fixed ASAP without being price-gouged (limited budget). If you win this project and do a good job, there will be additional projects for you.
