PHP MySQL Programmer

Looking for a very simple php/MySQL webbased project management system to handle outsourcers. We are looking for a script to handle our currently around 20 outsorcing projects on our own system. Workflow is pretty simple: We find a freelancer ... outside the system ... agree to project and terms ... and then he works / writes for us. We set up the project(s)on the system, he accepts it and from that moment on we want him to log into our system and see "his project", communicate with us via PMB, and get paid from us. Looking at many ticketing, helpdesk or freelancer auction scripts in the past week, we fould one Open Source Script which pretty much what we need. It is an open source project, but unfortunatly in BETA and kind of a stall development. We therefore are looking for a "clone" but bugfixed version of the hill project management script ( [login to view URL] ). The hill script currently does not have an installer. Which is what we also need. We want an installable version of it, which runs on a directory of our site (not just on root level as currently). Without any SSH features. Your task would be to get the free beta version of the script ( [login to view URL] ), install it on your server, fix bugs, write an installation script. During the process we need access to the script on your server to do bug tracking. This is a rather small project, as the script is pretty much advanced already. : Experience :: Coder should be very confident in PHP scripting and interaction with MySQL DB. :: Additional Information :: I am looking for someone to code this quickly and effectively (1-2 day time frame).
