Open Cart PHP Modifications

I need a talented PHP/Wordpress/Joomla Expert with Open Cart Shopping cart Experience. Multiple projects available and looking for a long term business relationship. Developers from Romania would give a preference, because of my previous experience. But anyone else with the right skills will given a chance too. This is a urgent project, so need to start working immediately. Please don't bid if you don't have any samples for me to show, or don't have any previous work rating in the specified job criteria. Here is the project: 1. We have installed a plugin for [login to view URL] CIM and subscription orders- We use CIM for subscriptions orders and need some modifications to the admin functionality to be able to charge these manually and use CIM to charge them. 3. Will need a simple script written so that the cart will inject some basic shipping order data into a separate mssql db to integrate with our shipping software. 4. Modification of the automatic emails that cart sends and one email that cart auto generates to be sent 5 days prior to subscription order. 5. Modification of layout on customer account page and friend referral extension.
