Night Life/After Dark Entertainment Portal

Id like a Night Life/Entertainment Portal thats both functional and visualy appealing to be created. The Portal will be aimed at users in my City (Durban-South Africa), who are between the ages of 18 and 28. These users are people interested in parties, events, clubbing, socials, cocktail bars/lounges, speed/sound/style and dating. The site must include the following: 1. Users must register to view the content, in the registration form, they can create their profile as well as add their picture. 2. Site will have a CMS type setup whereby i can add/delete news as well as new events and parties. 3. Banner Adverts and a facility for me to add new banners as well as remove. 4. A custom photo gallery thats simple to use as well as looks great. Users must be able to email the pic to a friend. 5. A Guestlist feature where users can add themselves to available guestlists. the backend to this guestlist feature must allow me to add certain parties/events that are available as guestlist. 6. A Dedications page where users can leave dedications and messages for friends etc. 7. A facility where users can search for other members, or view which members are online, and possible private message them. Thats abt the main features of the website.
