Listing Agreement Project
My business requires the following attached forms to be put into electronic form so we do not need to manually complete them anymore.
The forms will need to look exactly like the ones attached. We do not have soft copies of them anymore so the information will need to be retyped.
There will be a couple of minor changes to the form i.e. put our business logo on it, created date, our address details etc. Can provide these minor changes to the winning bidder.
Ideally it would be good if all the information is entered onto one screen and it then it populates the information into the form. When the information is populated into the form the form must be able to be saved as a PDF.
There are two forms required to be built –
• Exclusive Listing Agreement
• Open Listing Agreement

When we see a client we decide up front if the arrangement will be exclusive or open. Once decided, we either complete the exclusive listing agreement or the open listing agreement.
As legislation changes all a time we need to be able to update the listing agreements with ease. Therefore the winning bidder needs to ensure we can include new conditions. The information that is populated in the document will not change. It is only the conditions in the agreement that may change.
• Need the 2 hardcopies of listing agreements attached to be put into soft copy
• Must be able to type the information into a screen and for it to be populated into the agreement
• Agreement must be able to be saved in pdf
• Must be able to add extra conditions into the agreement with ease

It appears I may be causing more confusion with my project. I have reattached the link below describing what I require:
Go to http://www.formsonline.com.au/ and then
1)Click on "demo eforms" at the bottom the screen
2)Click on "sales agreement - business" on the left hand side of the screen
3)Click on "Business Sales Inspection Report and Exclusive Selling Agency Agreement"
4)Put in a title in the "save form as"
You will then see all the information that needs to be completed in the agreement i.e. name of vendor, address etc. When you finished entering all the data in, click on "print" at the top of the screen. It then populates all the data entered in into the agreement in a pdf format.
The completion of this agreement is by myself. The client does not complete this agreement. They only sign it once it is completed.
Hopefully the explains it a bit better what I am trying to achieve.
