Joomla Web sITE

We need someone to create a new website in Joomla. It will have ten pages in all. Six pages of the text will be showing product listings and have about 30 lines of text each which will be a prouct listing and have a photo alongside the line of text. The way we would like the photos to show is that the images use lighbox effect when clicked. For the product listings we think a developer may advise us on a suitable extension which will show the products best and make easy to edit . There is only a few words to go with each product images, mostly no more than five or six words giving the specifications The design of the site will be supplied and will be ready for you to start work on in about 7 days to 14 days and then we would like the design converterted in to a Joomla template and populated by [login to view URL] we woudl like when given to you to be completed within about a week We especially woudl like the developer to be the kind of person who checks that the site working in such a way that the users can simply do edits without any problems. Issues like checking the image upload works in the editor and all the images are displayed in the back office editor as images, missing linked images and all menu links worked we would expect to be checked. We think the types of Joomla sites we outsource need some one who has some design flair in laying out pages of content although the overall design will be supplied . We dont want to outsource this and then need to days ourselves re laying out text neatly and fixing issues ourselves please. Im realy very very keen to find someone who we can give sites to and the freelancer will use their initiative and design flair to develop sites which we can show to our clients straight away and not need us to spend days enhancing it afterwards or solving problems so we woudl expect the developer to check work before giving to us. We do have a fairly regular stream of Joomla sites we send out and are trying to get done but in the past tended to be hampered by needing to solve problems on them after they have been delivered to us by the freelancers. So we are looking for someone on this site who will use their initiative and check work before delivering please and who we can use reguarly
