Holiday rental website update

We have an existing rental website for holiday homes/vacation homes. Our website have a system that are all automated where customers can login and enter the details, upload their property photos, update their calendar, etc. so it's up and running. We are now looking for our website to be updated and modernised We are also looking for SEO and Marketing, which will be a big part of the job. Note as above that we already have a functioning website so you are not going to totally create one, we just want to re-arrange, modernise and update the website using the existing databases and obviously as you are updating the website we expect additional functions and databases. We have 2 websites quoted on the attached detail of work as examples. It will be a good idea for you to login as property owner on our website, so that you can go through the process of how property owners enter their property, details, upload photos, update their calendar, this will give you better understanding of how our website work and what functions are already available and what functions are still required. You will also need to look at the two websites as mentioned on the attached details of work. Please read our specific requirements for this. Please check the full details of what we require before you bid. We are looking for professional website designer/developer with experience and one that can deliver our requirements. Only experienced bidders with a proven record will be considered. But If you are new bidder but have good proposals to the project, have proven experience to what we require and can deliver the work then we may consider you, but this will be a different payment arrangement of paying only when you have done the job as per our listed requirements.
