Create Wordpress Child Theme With Modifications

I need an experienced freelancer to take my current theme (Divi, [login to view URL] , which I just purchased and installed on my domain) and create a child theme with full functionality. Furthermore, I want the theme to look like [login to view URL] . I really like the look of that site and know this can be accomplished via css, etc. I want the colors, fonts (including sizes), borders, etc to be the same. The only thing I don't want the same is the footer. I prefer the footer on the current theme, however, it will need to be modified (colors, etc) to match the other styling changes. Lastly, all the original theme functionality needs to remain functional. For example, the theme customizer and options panel, etc. I have a few requirements as it relates to the changes. First, I want a summary of all changes made in a document. Second, I want and code changes referenced with notes in the php files (or otherwise) so my team understands what was modified. Lastly, I don't want any changes made to the main theme files, only the child theme.
