Excel to SQL Conversion

I have created my own proprietary mortgage software in excel and would like to have it converted into sql database form with a secure web-based application frontend. This would not be an easy conversion and it probably would require total reprogramming. The program consists of 15 complex spreadsheets. The spreadsheet can be reversed engineered to help. Package would need a control area for custom settings such as logo, company name, etc. Would also like to have a client access area where they are able to see the status of their loan or we can automatically email them based upon their preferecne. I would like to be able to install the application on any server and connect it to a database much like installing a cms like postnuke, php nuke, mambo, etc. All formulas are in excel and it would be instrumental for me to work alongside this individual because every detail is important. Custom forms designed in excel could initially be used as part of the application instead of recreating the wheel. This project would require the ability to import and export to or from a standard .fnm (fannie mae) file. Different user permission levels will apply. PHP preferred. This project would most likely develop into further programming and enhancements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
