Long-Term Web Scraping Job

I need to hire an efficient PHP programmer for a long-term very part-time job scraping specific information from websites. The work will be relatively easy, but I want someone who is experienced with PHP and who has experience with web scraping (such as using DomDocument and XPath). At least initially, the job will mostly be modifying a template I provide you with to work for different websites. You will need to look at the source code of pages to determine what DomDocument and XPath expressions to use to get the data needing to be scraped, then modify the template accordingly. Most websites are fairly straightforward and easy. It seems many people don't even read the description before bidding on projects, so if you bid please put the "Bow Ties Are Cool" as the first line of your bid. Until I launch my website and it starts generating revenue I'm a little strapped for cash, so I will be more likely to consider you if you bid lower. Once the website starts generating revenue I would have no problem with increasing the hourly rate. Initially, due to limited funds, I can only afford to hire you to do something around five hours a week of work, but once the website launches I will need more help and more hours will be available if desired.
