VBA statistical analysis

Need simple VBA program to run statistical analysis. 1. Need option to browse for input file. 2. The input file is in excel (file attached). The first row will always contain headers. The output file will be excel. 3. The first column is the date, (daily). 4. The second and third columns contain values and for this example, lead by the headings "meas" and "sim", respectively. The analysis will be performed in the following sequence. I. (sim-meas)*(sim-meas),=x II. find the sum of x for each year,=y III. divide y by number of days in year,(365 except leap years),=n IV. find square root of n 5. Need option to browse for location to save output file (excel format) 6. The output file will need three columns with headings for each in first row. First column is "Year" heading containing the year. Second column is the yearly values "n" from III. above and the heading "xsum". Third column is square root of n (the value from IV.), above with the heading "DRMS". 7. Need progress bar. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
