building a Small Databse for Students, Course and their modules

i am building a package as a module managament for my evening school at the local social leisure centre,. I want it to be built programmed in VISUAL BASICS, but in Microsoft Access. The people using this system are of no background to IT and are non-technical employees. SO ALL VB CODE IS TO BE BASIC, as if I need to make changes to the system in the later years. These people know nothing about software development or computer technicalities. The system should reflect this in its error messages, screen headings and labels. I need this system to be completed by Thursday 26th august, UKtime ??" 8pm I want it to be programmed using Microsoft Access, but in BUILD EVENT procedure in the back of ACCESS using VISUAL BASICS. The system should reflect this in its error messages, screen headings and labels. **Module Management Requirements** The main responsibilities of the module manager are to maintain data on · Students ??" e.g., ID, surname, name(s), year of entry at DMU, programme of study, current level (or year) of study, email address, etc. · Modules ??" e.g., code, title, which level (or year) of study the module is on offer, name of module leader, max class size, semester, whether the module is optional or compulsory (and, if compulsory, then on which programme of study), etc. · Choices (Who is taking which module) · Main menu ??" to link buttons to forms and reports, also a save button and close button. Before the semester starts, the manager enters the data for all students and modules. During the first two weeks, while students make and finalise their choice of modules, data is entered showing who has chosen which modules. Remember that 4 modules per student per semester must be taken. At the end of semester, the grades for all students in all modules taken are entered. The manager then makes this information available to: Module lecturers ??" a list of students (and their emails) taking a module Programme Leaders ??" how many students have chosen their modules Individual students ??" a list of their chosen modules Examination Boards ??" a list of students and their grades for a module Plus any other report that you think may be useful.
