Need to conceal hidden form fields from ''view source''

Several forms on our site will be connected to an external processing service-I do **no**t have control over the processing script or access to MySQL. I need to conceal the data contained in hidden fields from someone who views the page source code. ## Deliverables I would like a solution that can accommodate more than one form on the page, but each form using the same hidden fields. The site has many pages with these forms, so ease of installation is not unimportant. The three hidden fields' data is constant. The data is somewhat sensitive but does NOT involve financial or personnel data. There are other hidden fields used in the forms which are not sensitive and do not need to be concealed. Ideally, the solution will be server side for greatest compatibility with js-disabled browsers and mobile devices.
