4D3 Migration and Update

Project Description: Our company has three branches which now have three different URLs. The first branch, CD ROM, Inc. makes and sells about (currently) 400 products. The sites are all developed and live. The products are all in a SQL database. We have a lot more potential to do commercial online sales but our web site is old, outdated and cumbersome to navigate. The ordering template is, well, horrible. See [login to view URL] The second branch of our company is Digital Data Destruction Services, or D3 Services. Our main URL [login to view URL] migrates to [login to view URL] We sell the service to destroy data on electronic media once that media has reached its end of life. Our services are equivalent to the paper shredding services of Shred-IT, Iron Mountain and Recall. We focus on very high value data, unlike our competitors who focus mostly on low value data. We have an enormous potential to market these services more broadly but again, we have a very, very poor presence on the Web. Our third branch is eTriage. This branch does data recovery on damaged media. [login to view URL] So, in a concise statement, we want to take our electronic media creation products/services in CD ROM, Inc. and present our electronic media destruction and recovery services under one site: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and have all three URLs resolve to [login to view URL] The title of the company will remain CD ROM, Inc. but have the three branches: CD ROM, Inc. for electronic media Products. D3 Services for electronic Media Destruction Services; and eTriage for electronic media recovery services. The by-line should be Electronic Media Creation Destruction and Recovery Products and Services. The sites are currently based on older versions of Joomla. We want the new site to be Word Press with a shopping cart feature. We want to be able to add delete new products our selves after the new site has been developed. It is Saturday, 3:00 pm Eastern time in the USA where we are located. The sites are having a deep cleaning to remove a virus and will be off line for a few hours.
