IPTV stream watchdog/notifier

Right now we have script that is checking whether or not given stream has HTTP status = 200. We need a script that will check every minute all the links, display a mosaic of [login to view URL] and notify by e-mail (two e-mails) if needed about streams that have HTTP status code other than 200. Script should not send multiple notifications about one channel, if the notification was already sent. There are three types of streams. Two of them can be fixed with logging in trough SSH and rebooting the device. So in the e-mail, there should be link to reboot device using just one click. Rebooting trough SSH goes like this: [login to view URL] login pass reboot WAIT 2 MINUTES [login to view URL] login pass sudo /etc/[login to view URL] login pass WAIT 15 SECONDS OR [login to view URL] login pass sudo /etc/[login to view URL] login pass WAIT 15 SECONDS After executing the reboot, script should check if the stream has HTTP status 200 again.
