Google Maps SQL integration

Need a Google Map application that plots points that are read from a SQL Server table. The input form needs to have an area to enter Address, City, or Zip or 2 input boxes that allow for a range of zip codes, i.e. zip code start and zip code end. If you look at [[login to view URL]][1] and use the search by entering a zip code for example (11779) a map will render. Would also like the option of specifying a radius so that we can choose 10 miles, 50 miles, etc., from a drop-down menu. The other option we would like to have is for the map to render without the user having to type in an address via a form and instead pass the this address as part of the querystring. So basically no input boxes in this option. Need to use new Google APIs. ## Deliverables SQL Table will just have a Company Name, Address, City, State, and Zip as well as Latitude and Longitude. We are thinking that a process should be built into the mapping so that if there is not a Latitude and Longitude that an API call can be made to get that info and update the SQL table.
