Custom WordPress Plugin and Theme For Appointments and Bookings

**IMPORTANT** PLEASE NOTE THIS PROJECT IS NOT FOR A SIMPLE DESIGN OR JUST A THEME, IT REQUIRES AN APPOINTMENT/BOOKING WORDPRESS PLUGIN BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP ALONG WITH A CUSTOM THEME. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN ONLY BUILD/DESIGN THEMES. I require an advanced WordPress plugin and custom theme that goes along with it that can be used for many business types that require a built in appointment system or for simple hotel room bookings for small hotels/bed breakfasts Complete booking/appointment plug in built in in the admin (cannot use existing booking/appointment plug ins, this has to be built from scratch) - Theme user can specify different services they offer, times of those services, availability of the service, and price for the service. - Specify dates available for service, either by using checkboxes Monday to Sunday, as well as option to specify "special days" such as holidays or other days business may be closed - Add all time slots available for services for each day, specify time length of each service - Specify minimum time required before booking, so a service can't be booked less then 1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day or 2 days (any time length user specifies) before the service is supposed to start. - If the theme user wants they can specify to collect payment for user to book the service this would proceed to a PayPal payment screen and upon payment would confirm the service again this should be optional for each service - Complete booking management, be able to edit/cancel/view all appointments/bookings. Refund if payment was received. - For hotels/bed breakfasts the theme should adapt for user to specify room availability in a calendar, provide descriptions for each room, quantities of each type of room, and allow easy booking process for user. - Sends out confirmation emails to both site admin/person who booked service with link option to add to their Calendar service (Google Calendar/iCal etc) - Lead (Email/Name/Phone Number/Address) Capture options, which will capture inside the theme and then can be exported to .txt or .csv in the admin panel. - Plugin must adapt to the custom theme to be built below as well as to other themes as a widget or page Custom Theme Design For This Plugin - 2 and 3 column layout options - Business location/map/directions - Image slider - Image gallery page option - Easy header/logo/main heading/sub heading customization - Service description page option - Multiple color options that can be configured for theme, at least 12 different color variations. - Responsive and fit to view on Desktop, Mobile, iPad or Tablet platforms When you bid please specify your plans to build this and your previous experience, in your bid proposal description please write the first word as BOOKING this is to ensure you read the whole description here and not have simply copied and pasted a proposal. We will require full rights to the plugin/and theme and require you to sign a NDA.
