Web Developer with Passion

Looking for a Wed Developer/programmer in the Southern California. We have an existing website that needs to be completely redone from scratch. Custom code writing is required. We had massive problems outsourcing, and we are now left stranded. We need someone to come in and start fresh. You will not be working with old code, or going into our current site and looking at someone else's mess. We also need social media integrated. More detail will be discussed on this later. Mainly connecting, sharing, and posting etc., with facebook, twitter etc. What we really need is someone who knows a bit of everything well. Pretty much a jack of all trades in web developing. We need someone who can be a team player, and has passion and heart put into their work. We have taken a lot of risk with people who were not willing to risk with us, and just saw this project as a day to day job with no ambition of creating a great product. The person we are looking for knows how to take charge of a project and see it finish the way we envision it. This person can also work fast, but do a thorough job at the same time. We are not interested in hype and all the wonderful things you can promise. What we want is someone is proud of their work, is accountable for the work they do, and loves doing what they do. Most importantly, we want someone who is excited about working with us and being a part of this adventure.
