Trilingual Classified web site

Front end/website design is built. Front-end code is ALWAYS written in HTML/CSS/Javascript. Looking for someone to finish building site, or back end with ruby on rails preferably, or fuel php. Also needs to add a few additional features like. Header and footer needs to also be incorporated. google maps needs to be incorporated, sign in using face book option also, sharing capabilities of pictures through social media, email, and even through mobile text is a feature i want to add also. All pictures need to have company logo and forwarding link attached. Back end should be done with ruby on rails preferably. No Codeigniter!! Why rails, because ruby on rails is so popular, people have built plugins for it to do common tasks. These are called Gems. Rails actually has a Gem (called Devise) that creates a login system for you. It takes 20 minutes to install. It's amazing, like magic. The next difficult task was going to be a decent search engine. Rails has a Gem for that. It's amazing, like magic. Image uploading also took me a huge amount of time to get working well and it didn't even turn out that great. Rails has a Gem for that (called Paperclip). Again, magic. Much of Rails actually feels this way. Who ever decides to work on this project has to agree to put things on Amazon AWS or Google Web Services. We can't use a cheap 2-bit provider like HostGator for a site like this. We need to go a little bigger. also interested in adding video upload, but we can discuss this later. Will also need mobile apps in the near future.
