Oscommerce upgrade and website redesign

Oscommerce upgrade and website redesign. We are currently running a standard version of Oscommerce 2.2 MS2. We would like to upgrade this version to "theStoreZone eCommerce solution" Provided by [login to view URL], the download is available here [login to view URL];pg=[login to view URL] Retain all existing functionality of the current Oscommerce package that is currently running on the website. Including any existing modules that have been configured and loaded that are not included in the above new oscommerce version. Header section- Search box in the header. Company logo in the upper left corner. (flash logo is preferred but not required) Also there should be a dynamic dropdown menu along the bottom portion of the header horizontally that will populate the main menu tabs from the database as well as populating any sub-menus from the database as well. Posible adding a menu tap contribution so tabs are shown at the top under or by the header. We need to be able to choose what categories to display at any given timeThe header section should also contain a image corresponding to the appropriate section that the customer is currently in and be color coded for that section. Each menu tab should have its own color code to correspond to the appropriate [login to view URL] the be able to add 1 or 2 additional menu tabs for special sales etc. Footer section- Should include copyright info, a keyword section and advertisement section. All source code and final version of the project will be provided by the programmer upon completion of project. -installation of "Attributes option type selection" [login to view URL],766/category,all/search,option+type+feature Please top oscommerce experts only! Recommendations on improving the site to make it easier to add products and descriptions would be helpful and considered. Hourly rates as well as project bids are requested. Readily available for telephone support also a plus. Payment will be made and finalized upon successful completion of project. We currently have 5 other websites that we will be needing work done on in the future so depending on the quality of the work from the winning bidder future work could be available to them. The site we want upgraded is currently live so we can not have anyone working on the site that may have trouble getting everything working. We CAN NOT loose any data during this work.
