Website with Vending Software/Route Manager Creation

Looking for a programmer to create a program to keep track of service records for my vending machine business. These features would be needed and accessible online through a website with a login: Entry Portal Page(Overview Page)-navigate to the different functions within the database. On the page will be: A. Navigation menu-Overview,Locations,Products,Inventory,Routes,Reports,Mileage,Expenses. B. Blog like area to provide info on updates and events [login to view URL] with Summary of YTD Income/Expenses D. Calendar-states number of locations due on specific days and income collected when entered into that service date. E. Auto Generate Service Route area-create a service log of locations due for service through a specific date. F. Account Management-subscription area-option to upgrade/downgrade subscriptions,change billing,cancel subscription,profile,custom field names,account users,global change records G. Contact button-contact form H. Log Out Button 3. Locations Page-List of Vending Locations A. Area to add new location B. Area to select a route to service C. Area to filter within the locations-filter by data fields 4. Products Page-List of Products-options for: Product Name,ID,delete,in use,product type,cost,retail,save(edit) A. Area to add new Products B. Area to Merge Products 5. Inventory-On Hand Inventory and location on site inventory A. Area to adjust (add/remove) inventory 6. Routes- Current Routes Page A. Add a new route option B. Auto Generate route by date to service 7. Reports-Menu with different types of reports-Route reports,Cash Flow,Location reports,Product Usage,Data and other reports 8. Mileage- Area to enter mileage 9. Expenses- expense records page-enter date,amount,description,and category for each expense. Basically this is a program to keep track of our vending business. We would also like a subscription area added so that we can bring this to the marketplace, where subscribers can pay to use this software on our website.
