Social Engine 4.1.2 Contest Plugin / mod

We are going to launch a social engine 4.1.2 website that needs an additional modification done to it. There are existing plugins that do similar things, but just do not do it well enough. You may find a contest plugin at [login to view URL] that has some of my standards and is only $30, but that is not exactly what we want. Here are the specifications: The contests are managed in the administration side of social engine 4. The contest landing page will show all contest categories. Each category will have its landing page. Each category landing page will have an array of contests listed in the order specified in the administration area. Contests that are over will be shown on the page, the amount of closed contests to be displayed will be specified in the contest administration. There will be a link to the archived contests which will show a paginated archived page for each category. The contests will be visible to public but only members can join a contest, vote on the contests or view the contest details. If a user is in a contest, they can specify whether they want this information displayed on their profile. If they do want it displayed, we can show somewhere in their profile what contest they are in, what their entry was, what contests they were in previously and what place they ranked after the contest was over. The contests will include but are not limited to these types: Video Audio Media (pictures) Document (word, rtf, .txt) In the administration, we need to be able to specify whether it is one of those types of contests. Then we need to be able to specify the date range of the contest (start, end). We need a prize section that allows us to create just 1 prize or up to 5 prizes. In the administration side we need realtime stats on each contest so we can see who the leaders are. The contests should be driven just as they are currently at [login to view URL] We do not need to change how the contests are tallied, but we would like some sort of reporting function in the administration side so we can view a current report, export that report as a document or pdf file. The results and contest history should be stored in the administration side with the option to delete or purge the history based on date ranges. I know, this is a bit of a slam together spec, we just realized that the new code in social engine 4 is going to force us to re-create our contest section. Kinda an unplanned situation. I really want to get this done in the next week or two though, so if ya bid, please keep in mind I would like a decent turnaround with a quality QA done. Thank you!
