123729 Custom Script Picture Rating

I need a custom script better than the one been used at [login to view URL] , will be a picture rating script , will also create a scratch design to have an idea on how will the script will work. The Programmar will thoroughly check that there are no bugs in the script after the project has been completed. Here are the following tasks the Programmar will complete : 1. Code a custom Script for Pciture Ratings something better than the one used on [login to view URL] 2. Will check thoroughly for the bugs. 3. Will create a rough design to have an idea how the script will work. Programmar Agrees that he will be Paid in full once the project will be 100% complete and we'll approve it as 100% done.
