Webmaster on retainer

I need a webmaster I am in the process of creating a membership website that was created using vtribes technology. It is an internet marketing site that has a twelve page layout. Each page will be "dynamic" and have video/text and power point presentations. Some pages will be like a workroom, with dashboard like features. these work rooms will be used by our members to create "mini sites" like sales pages , squeeze pages, exit pages etc. In order to accomplish this, you, as a webmaster will oversee the creation of these wizards. Html format usually, with at least 12 coded templates Your requirements would be to work with me and my team to 1. Work within the vtribes website to create each page of the site using a wysiwyg editor. We have the content, but we need each page created and tweeked to look good. 2. Create a series of wizards for creating capture pages/ sales pages/ exit pages/ upsell pages/ downsell pages/ free reports/ confirmation pages/ thank you pages. Also, we need to develop "how to training videos, so if you can do that type of thing to we would ask you to do those as well. These videos would be basic and short and run from Basic htmt and ftp and hosting etc 3. Work with Me and My team to Create a Blog with wordpress in the theme of our site 4. Work with me and my team to produce a 'branding site" where our content can be logged. 5. Work with me and the team to ensure Everything works well, month to month.
