PHP code hacks (VirtuMart Fixes)

I am in need of some code modification to an open source ecommerce solution called Virtumart which runs inside Joomla. Experience with VirtuMart and Joomla a big plus! Please provide drop me a private message with three quote amounts. An individual quote amount for each of the following two items, and a third quote for doing them both. Here is what I need: 1. A manual sort feature - This needs to be much like the way you can sort menu items in Joomla. I would like an additional column to appear in the "product list page" that has text entry boxes for each product. This will allow the site owner to specify a number in each box and then click a SAVE ORDER button to display items in that order. My clients sites are set up so that it is not feasible to sort by date added, sku# or name so I need this type of manual sort feature in the admin. 2. Shipping Value Hack - I am using a shipping module called "shipvalue" which allows the owner to specify the shipping rate based on the amount of the total sale (in dollars). However, I need to have this set up by ZONES as well. This company only ships in the USA so the zones would be different US states...5 zones total. I am basically looking for the same set of entry boxes that currently exist, yet duplicated 5 different times so I can specify rates for each zone and specify which states fall into each zone. The shipping rate would obviously be calculated by what state the user selects from the drop down as well as the total amount of the sale in the checkout process. Again, please provide a seprate quote for each, and another quote for doing both.
